Shipping & Policies


We accept all forms of payment available through PayPal and/or our SSL credit card processor. Orders not paid within 10 days will automatically be cancelled. All Checks including E-Checks must clear prior to shipment.


Here at Valhalla Soap Co. we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your product. However, due to the nature of our products  and for sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns. We will make every effort to best resolve any issues that may arise with your order. We believe that our product is top notch. The best of the best. We have so much faith in our products that we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee*. Because of this, we ask that you PLEASE contact us privately right away if you are unsatisfied or have ANY questions or concerns with your order or products for any reason. PLEASE DO NOT air your issues, questions or concerns on social media or leave negative reviews without first giving us the opportunity to privately resolve your issue in a professional manner. We will go the extra mile to find a solution to your issue and make sure you walk away feeling valued. Bottom line, here at Valhalla we think every customer is King/Queen and we will do our absolute best to make sure you feel like royalty. 

*You must contact us in writing (email is acceptable) within 30 days from your date of purchase. Please provide as many details as possible including photos.  


We have a stringent system in place to assure that all the items you ordered make it into your shipping box. But we understand that sometime gremlins can create trouble. If you are missing anything please contact us immediately BEFORE using anything and let us know what item/s are missing. We will then check our records, evaluate the issue and get back to you with a resolution. If we still have the item/s in stock, we will send them out to you ASAP. If the item/s have gone out of stock, we will credit your Valhalla Soap Co. store account for the dollar amount of item/s. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR MISSING ITEM/S 


"We are what is known as a "custom" shop. Many of our products are custom orders. With the exception of our Luxury Cold Process Soap and some Artisan Wax products, our products are made fresh when you order to ensure the best quality and maximum shelf life. We DO NOT have RTS items sitting on the shelf ready to toss into boxes. We are also a small "Mom & Pop" (literally) Indie Business. Just the two of us, a husband and wife operation. Due to this custom handmade nature, please allow a minimum of 10-25 business days for processing in addition to 5-15 business days shipping time, for your order to arrive. International orders may take up to 45 business days to arrive depending on certain customs regulations. Our mail carrier picks up between 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm PST and they are no longer allowed to scan packages. So keep in mind that if you received a shipping notice from us, your package WILL NOT likely be scanned until 6:00 that night or as late as the next day when the main carrier comes from Eugene for the bulk pick-up."


Holidays, Re-openings and special releases like our Fall releases can take as long as 20 - 30 business days to process due to the large volume of orders. Please be patient. Order your Yule gifts early.  During the summer months, we reserve the right to hold orders containing lotions, creams and whipped products for shipping until the first day of the week (Monday) in order to preserve their integrity and protect against overheating while left in a hot shipping warehouse over the weekend. Orders placed after 12:00 noon pst will begin the processing time (TAT) the following business day. 

If you need to rush your order please contact us. We will make our best attempt to accommodate you, naturally we can make no promises but will do the best we can to help you.

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) Flat Rate Priority Mail. We will make every best attempt to ship your order in the most efficient and safe way possible. Any gross shipping overages paid will be refunded to your method of payment.

If you have multiple orders that have been placed within a given 7 day period (Sunday -Saturday) we will be happy to combine your shipping and refund any shipping overages paid.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We ship all International orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) International Flat Rate Priority Mail. 

This rate includes as much of your order as we can fit in a Padded Flat Rate Envelope without risking damage during the shipping process. We can fit up to 4 lbs of products into each envelope. Or approximately 1 dozen bars of soap. Other products such as lotions, body sprays, scrubs, etc. that may potentially incur damage during shipping are enclosed within a shipping box prior to being placed into a Padded Flat Rate Envelope and therefore the envelope will not hold as much. If ALL of your order with not safely fit in a Padded Flat Rate Envelope, we will contact you with alternate shipping options before shipping. Please use common sense here. We understand the need to save money when shipping, however, a Flat Rate Envelope ($32.95) is only 9.5" x 12.5".  When in doubt, please ask us ahead of time if what you are planning to order will fit in the smaller shipping option. This will assure that your order gets shipped in a timely manner.
