First let me say that we had many great, heart warming entries about friendship that touched our hearts and really spoke of the true meaning of Valentines Day. We had entiries from women and from men, from young adults and from those "wise" in years. Each one was a blessing to read. Oh My Goodness! *with tears* this is so very exciting! I am very proud to have shared my story of my Best Friend, my sister Peggy! Never did we imagine that my story would WIN the GRAND Prize! We have been through so much together and with her illness this is truly a bright spot in her life, something so truly wonderful to focus on! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for picking my story for us to win this FANTASTIC prize!

I'm am so excited that my sister's story was chosen for the Grand Prize! Being included in the prize winning I am truly blessed, it's wonderful!
Dealing with my illness is a daily challenge and leaves most days to "just getting by". I cherish the love of my family which keeps me focused on meeting each new day with a good outlook. This added surprise means so much to me!
